  Creating a portfolio entry

To create a Palliative Care Portfolio Entry:
  • Log in to medportal
  • Navigate to Postrgrad.medportal.ca and click on Family medicine from the Programs drop down menu
  • On the left hand menu, click on Academic Program and then Portfolio
  • Click on New Entry
  • Fill in all of the required fields detailing your encounter along with the written Narrative
  • When finished, click on Submit Entry
