To change the password for your medportal login, do the following:

1. From any page within medportal, click the menu button in the gray bar in the top left hand corner(Button with three lines).
2. Click on "My Profile".
3. Click on the 'Change Password' tab.
4. Type your current password into the "Current Password:" field.
5. Type your new password into the "New Password:" and "Confirm Password:" fields.
6. Click "Save" to confirm the change
7. Your password is now reset. It is recommended that you log out and back in to test the password change. If you have any troubles logging in, please contact medportal support.
