  Change your registered email address

Your registered address is the non-medportal email address to which we send password resets and other correspondence to when you are having troubles logging in.

To change the registered address tied to your medportal login, do the following:

  1. From any page within medportal, click the menu button in the gray bar in the top left hand corner(Button with three lines).
  2. Click on "My Profile".
  3. Click on the 'Change Password' tab.
  4. Type the new email address in both the "New Email:" and "Confirm Email:" fields
  5. Enter your current password in the "Account Password:" field at the bottom of the form.
  6. Click "Save" to save your changes
