  Authentication Workaround

If you access an Archived Talk via a link that starts with http://delimedia.medportal.ca/delimedia/ and you get a 500 error (http://login.medportal.ca/errors/500.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/sso/mediaLogin.aspx), follow these steps to work around the issue until it can be resolved:

1. Log out of medportal

2. Go to http://delimedia.mcmaster.ca//delimedia/LoginForm/Login.aspx

3. Log in with your medportal username and password - ensure you include the @medportal.ca in the username (e.g. john.doe@medportal.ca)

4. Now log into medportal and attempt to access the Archived Talk again - since you're already authenticated you should have full access
