  New Mediasite fails to load in Chrome - grey screen

If you attempt to view a lecture hosted on the newer mediasite platform and it fails to launch, only showing a grey screen. Try the following for a fix:

1. Open Chrome Browser
2. Enter chrome://flags/ in the address bar and hit 'Enter'
3. Locate 'Hardware-accelerated video decode' and if enabled, try disabling. If disabled, try enabling it.
4. Click the 'Relaunch Now' button 
5. Attempt to load the archived talk again, it should open and play now
