  Setting up your Medportal email to forward to another account you own

To have your medportal email forward to another address, so you do not need to log into medportal to see your email, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "email" icon in medportal to open your email
  2. Click the Options icon (looks like a gear) in the top right of your screen to bring up email options.
  3. Click "Mail settings"
  4. Click the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab
  5. Beside "Forwarding:", click the "Add a forwarding address" button
  6. Enter the email address to which you want to forward all of your medportal email and click "Next"
  7. Click "OK"
  8. If you have 2 factor authentication enabled you will receive a prompt to verify your identity on your mobile device or whichever verification method you have set up.
  9. Once verified you will be prompted to forward email to the newly added address, click "Proceed"

Any messages sent to your medportal email will now forward to the address of your choice! If you do not have two factor enabled on your account, please see the instructions here.
