Google Classroom General overview
Chances are you've been assigned to a class already, you'll either receive an email inviting you to the class or you may find a link on a page somewhere. You can also access any assigned classroom by going here https://classroom.google.com/.
Once in a Classroom you'll usually start in 'Stream' view where any recent assignments, comments or posts can be seen.
Clicking on 'Classwork' at the top will show any current assignments and allow you to click on them and complete them.
Also at the top you can click on 'People' to see a list of assigned teachers and classmates. From there you can easily email anyone on the list.
