Why does the medportal menu look different

If you've noticed that the medportal menu looks differently on your PC than your colleagues or it's different on another PC that you use it could be related to an issue with your graphics processor or GPU. Computers not able to process CSS 3D Transforms due to lack of a browser supported GPU will fallback to an older-style menu.

The problem lies with the Videocard in your PC, and browser support for that GPU not medportal itself.

We apologize for any inconvenience however in order for us to provide a modern browsing experience, it's occasionally necessary to let go of support for older technologies. With such a vast and varied field of technology to support we can't make it work on everything. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact support@medportal.ca for assistance.
