  I have forgotten my medportal password

If you know your medportal username or your registered email address (the address to which your medportal credentials were sent), you can reset your password quickly and automatically through our password reset utility. Here is how:

  1. Browse to http://medportal.ca.
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
  3. Enter either your medportal username (usually firstname.lastname@medportal.ca) or your registered email address.
  4. Type the code from the image (just to make sure you're not a robot...)
  5. Click "Reset my password". A green box will appear saying "A password reset link has been sent..."
  6. Check your email. Make sure you are checking the correct email address. It is the one to which your credentials were originally sent to.
  7. Find the email sent from "medportal support". It may take up to 5 minutes for you to see this email.
  8. Click the link beside "Reset your password here:
  9. Type in and confirm your new password and enter the code again.
  10. Click "Change Password".
  11. Look for the "Your password has been reset" notification. That means it has worked and you may now log back in with the username given to you in the email, and the password you have just chosen.

Should you have any problems, please contact support@medportal.ca for UG accounts and pgsupport@medportal.ca for PG accounts.
