Your recovery address is a non-medportal email address to which Google will use to recover your medportal Gmail account should you encounter any issues with your password or security.

To change the recovery address tied to your medportal account, do the following:

1. From almost any page within medportal, click the mail button in the gray bar on the top left hand side(Button with envelope icon).
2. Click on your account name in the top right hand corner.
3. Click on the 'Account'.
4. Click on the 'Security' tab.
5. In this section you will see your recovery email address with the option to 'Edit'.
6. To edit your recovery email address click on 'Edit' next to your current recovery email address.
7. Type the new email address in the "Email" field
8. Click "Save" to save your changes
