  Create an all-day or longer event

Method 1

  1. When viewing your calendar, click "Create Event"
  2. Type the name of the event in the "What" field.
  3. To the right of the dates and times for the event, put a check next to "All day"
  4. If your event spans multiple days, specify the start and end dates (inclusive). Otherwise, only specify the first date.
  5. (Optional) Input any other details about the event you wish to and set the Reminder options.
  6. Click "Save"

  1. When viewing your calendar, browse to the day (or starting date) of your event
  2. Below the date and above the times of your specific day, there is a small blank field. This is the "All day event section". Click in this area.
  3. A balloon pops up where you enter the name of the event and select the calendar the event will appear in. Input these details and click "Create event"
  4. The event will appear in the selected calendar at the top of the day above the regular daily schedule.
