After completing a module it still shows "incomplete"

Most of our content is tracked by slide completion, and will require you to view 100% of the slides. A number of reasons can cause you to not register as complete, even though you have completed the module successfully. Please take a look below at these series of best practices for using Articulate Online to avoid having this problem happen.

  • Make sure you are using a browser other than Opera. The Opera browser will not track at all in Articulate Online.
  • Take your time and view all slides for as long as it takes you to read them. Clicking very fast through slides can cause some of them to not register as read, and you will need to complete the module over again.
  • Ensure that there is not a blank slide or "the end" slide at the end of the presentation that you missed.

For any other information, you can feel free to contact the administrators of the program that has posted the modules, or medportal support at support@medportal.ca.
