1. Open "Settings"
2. Under System, tap "email+accounts"
3. Tap "add an account"
4. Tap "Google"
5. Enter your full medportal email address and password
6. Tap "sign in"

You medportal account will now sync with your phone.

The new account defaults will be similar to the following:

Account Name: Google

Download new content every 2 hours

Download email from the last 7 days

Sync Email, Contacts and Calendar

You can change any of these defaults by tapping the account name under "email+accounts"

Note:

1.       All of your subscribed calendars will sync with your phone
2.       By default, Windows Phone 9 only syncs your inbox. To choose other folders to sync

From the mail app

1.       Tap the more options (…) button

2.       Tap Folders

3.       Tap “show all folders”

4.       Tap any folder you would like to view

5.       Tap “sync this folder”
