  Clear your local medportal Cache

If you experience any strange behaviour while using medportal, you may try clearing your local cache:

From any page within medportal, click the menu button in the gray bar in the top left hand corner(Button with three lines).

  1. Click on "My Profile".
  2. Click on the 'Tools' tab.
  3. Click the button labelled 'Clear Local Medportal Cache'
  4. Click 'Refresh or hit 'F5' to refresh the page
