  Using the native mail client on an Android Device

Some people who have multiple email accounts may prefer to use the native mail client on their Android device. Although it doesn't give you full access to all of the Google services like adding a Google account does it does allow you to view all of your mail accounts in one application. Keep in mind this won't allow you to sync multiple calendars, only your main personal calendar will get synced using this option. To sync all calendars and all services add your medportal account as a Google account.
  1. Press the "Menu" button
  2. Click on "Settings"
  3. Click on the "General" tab
  4. Click on "Accounts"
  5. Click the "+ Add Account" button at the bottom
  6. Click "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
  7. Enter your full username firstname.lastname@medportal.ca
  8. Enter your password
  9. Click "Next"
  10. Change Domain\username to your full username firstname.lastname@medportal.ca
  11. Change the Exchange server address to "m.google.com"
  12. Click "Next"
  13. Accept the activation notice by clicking "OK"
  14. Click "OK" on the Remote Security administration warning
  15. Choose your sync options and click "Next"
  16. Choose a name for the account and click "Done"
