·         At least two days before you sit your first authentic assessment, please take the time to complete one zero-stakes test on Examplify.  The mock assessments help to address any technology-related barriers or concerns ahead of time.

·         Before arriving to sit the assessment, please download the assessment.  We cannot guarantee that there will be reliable internet access in the room.

At the time of the assessment:

·         Paper versions of the assessment are available as a back-up measure

·         Temporarily disable your anti-virus software and quit all other applications before entering the assessment password. 

·         Please be patient once you enter the password to start the assessment:
When Examplify creates the secure test-taking environment on your laptop, it is normal to have to wait between 30 seconds up to 3 minutes to be able to start responding to questions.
Don’t Worry: Your time to begin writing the assessment does not commence until you are able to start reading the first question. 

·         At the end of the assessment, please be patient as you submit the CAE and exit the program.
