How does an administrator adjust grading assignments after grading has begun?

Note A: Once grading has begun, adjustments to grading assignments are limited: the student responses assigned to a tutor for a single question item cannot be distributed to more than one other tutor.  In other words, student responses to a single question item are transferred as a package from one user account to another.

Note B: Grading can only be assigned to a tutor who does is not currently assigned any responses for the question item being edited.

1.       Navigate to the assessment that tutors are grading
2.       Select the “Grade Essays” tab and click on the grey “Manage Settings/Grade” button
3.       Under the “Actions” column, click on the pencil icon corresponding to the group of tutors that you want to edit
4.       Update the “Grading Start Date” to the beginning of the current day
5.       Click on the pencil beside the name of the tutor you are removing from grading
6.       Click the box “ExamSoft Users”
7.       Click on the “Select a Grader” drop-down menu to select the new grader to whom you want to assign the group of student responses
8.       Click on the blue “Assign New Grader” button
9.       Scroll down to the bottom of the list of graders and click the blue “Save” button
