  How do administrators add or remove students from the list of individuals able to download an assessment?

For more information about adding and removing students from a course, head to

1.    To edit the list of individuals receiving an assessment, navigate to the assessment in question and confirm to what course the assessment was posted

2. Use the Admin drop down menu to click on the “Courses” button.  This link will take you to the list of courses in ExamSoft.

3. Click on the icon with the people and plus sign corresponding to the course that you want to edit.

4.    To add a student to the course, click on the green plus button corresponding to that student’s name in the left-hand list entitled “NOT Enrolled in Course”

        To remove a student from the course, click on the red minus button corresponding to that student’s name in the right-hand list entitled “NOT Enrolled in Course”

        Click on the blue “Update” button to save all of your changes.
