Setting up Microsoft Outlook to send/receive medportal email

  1. In Outlook, select File, then Add Account.

  2. Enter your Email Address for your Gmail account and select Connect.

  3. A window will appear. Add your Gmail account again if it doesn't automatically appear.

  4. Select Next and add your Gmail password. 

  5. With two factor authentication enabled you will be prompted to verify your identity, complete the steps to verify your identity on your phone or other verification method

  6. Read over the statement that appears and select Allow > Done.

  7. Restart Outlook.

  8. Look for your Gmail email in the folder pane.
