Sharing your Portfolio with another

To share your portfolio with another medportal user and allow them to see your submissions, do the following:

  1. Click the "Reflective Physician Portfolio" icon within medportal to be brought to your "Reflective Physician Portfolio" page.
  2. Click the "Sharing" button.
  3. On the "Share my portfolio" page, and under "Add New" you may enter the username of a medportal user to share with and click "Save Changes". Below the 'Add new' field you'll be presented with a list of users and LFs that have access to read your portfolio.
  4. The name should appear in the "Users who can read my portfolio" list. That means that your portfolio is now shared.
  5. You may click "Close" to continue working.

Unsharing your Portfolio

To remove someone from the list of shared users, do the following:

  1. Click the "Reflective Physician Portfolio" icon within medportal to be brought to your "Reflective Physician Portfolio" page.
  2. Click the "Sharing" button.
  3. On the "Share my Portfolio" page, find the person in the "Users who can read my portfolio" list that you want to remove and click the trashcan icon.
  4. The person's username will disappear from the list and they will no longer have access to view your portfolio.
  5. You may click "Save changes" and "Close" to continue working.
