Enable High Contrast Mode

To enable High Contrast Mode:

1. From any page within medportal, click the menu button in the gray bar in the top left hand corner(Button with three lines).
2. Click on "My Profile".
3. Click on the 'Tools' tab.
4. Click on the switch labelled 'High Contrast Mode' to turn it on
