The name that appears when I log in is not my own

On rare occasions, you will not see the right name when logging into McPost. While rare, this can happen for a couple of reasons. Either your McPost account information has been input incorrectly, or there was a mistake in the mapping. If you have not already mapped your McPost credentials within medportal (for details on how to do this, see our page on creating a mapping), you should contact your postgraduate administrators to inform them of the mistake. They can be reached at 905-525-9140 x22377.

Otherwise, please contact medportal support at support@medportal.ca and let our support team know of the error. We will get to the bottom of it.
