1. Open any of the Google Services by clicking on their icon (Gmail, Calendar or Drive)
2. In the top right hand corner, click on the grid 
3. Click on Google+ or G+
4. Locate the 'Join Google+' link on the left and click it
5. Fill in the required fields, including Name and Birthdate
6. Click the 'Create Profile' button
7. You'll be prompted to add/find friends, you can add them now or later, click 'Continue anyway' if you want to add them later
8. Fill in your personal profile information such as job, school, home location etc.
9. Click 'Finish'

Congratulation, you now have a Google+ profile!!
